Processing Time
Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been made. Because every magnet is custom created just for you, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
During holidays or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship every order on time, delivery dates are estimates provided by UPS. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage to be reshipped.

Personalized Orders
Because each order is personalized using your photos, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
Customer photo selection
Spelling or design errors approved before production
Change of mind after an order has been placed
Orders that have already been produced or shipped
We encourage you to carefully review your photos and order details before completing your purchase.
If We Made a Mistake
We want you to love your magnets. If there's a problem caused by us, we'll make it right. That's our promise. If your order arrives with:
A manufacturing defect
Damage during shipping
An incorrect item
A printing error caused by us
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly replace the affected item or work with you to make it right at no additional cost.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and take photos of both the package and the items inside. This helps us process a replacement quickly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. Once production starts, personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.
